Dear parent/carer,

As you will be aware the Local Authority have confirmed that they will be providing pupils who receive Free School Meals with their free school lunch entitlement during the blended learning week (commencing Monday 14 December 2020) and for the school Christmas holidays.

Parents/carers are required to apply for either a BACS payment or for a food parcel by 3pm on Wednesday 16th December, if you require support to complete the online application process or would like to order a food parcel please contact the school office before this time. If you have previously received a BACS payment for your free school meal entitlement or you have recently completed the application form and received confirmation that you have completed the application process you do not need to take any further action. You will be able to access the application via an email that you have been sent from “Swansea Council Free School Meals”, if you require support to access the application again please contact the school office.

Payments for Free School Meals will be made by 21 December and food parcels will be delivered on or around this date, payments or food parcels will cover the blended learning week of the 14 December and the school Christmas holidays. If you receive payments to an Aspen Card, you will receive a top up payment for free school meals on or around 21 December.

Kind regards

Mr P Davies
