Changes to FSM during the closure

Dear Parents/Carers and Pupils, the Local Authority is changing the way that food is provided to pupils entitled to a daily free school meal. From Monday 27th April pupils who are entitled to free schools meals will need to collect a weekly food parcel from Townhill Primary school, times to be confirmed, every Monday. Therefore, if you wish to receive a food parcel for your child, 1 parcel per child and not limited to 1 per family, please contact the school with your details and we will ensure that you are provided with one.

For as long as the school closures continue, from Monday 27th April you will be required to collect these parcels every Monday from Townhill Primary rather than collecting everyday as is the present case! For Monday 27th April collections the school needs to be informed by parents/carers by 11am on Friday 24th April, I can only apologise for the short notice as this is out of my hands.
