he High 5 awards celebrate their six year this year and recognise the achievements of children and young people who've reached personal goals, overcome adversity, or made their communities proud.
The High 5 awards are led by Swansea Council and backed by businesses and organisations from across the city.
They are open to any child, young person, or group in three age ranges - under 13s, aged 14-19 or 20-25 year olds resident in Swansea, educated or receiving support here.
A winner's final prize will be uniquely designed around the nomination and everyone nominated will be recognised with a certificate.
he High 5 Awards are organised by Swansea Council, sponsored by Gower College Swansea, and supported by The Wave & Swansea Sound, Swansea City FC, Rotary Club of Swansea, Swansea Building Society, Swansea Lord Mayor's Office, Stenor Environmental Services Ltd, Day's Rental, Swansea Council Recycling Team, The LC Swansea, McDonalds, and Go Air Trampoline Park, Swansea.
